The projector works great, but since the bulb needs replaced, the colors start to flicker after watching for an extended period of time. I have used this in my theater for a few years. Remote, brand new hdmi cable, and power cord is what it comes with. New bulb and this thing should work good as new.

The projector was mounted to the ceiling so it never moved after original purchase. It has the original bulb in it which needs to be replaced.
