Does not effect anything else. When I removed the old lamp it was swollen and removing door switch came off side. Lens and everything else perfect.

So to resolve this I just used a tie wrap keep the switch in closed position allow projector turn on as normal. Fan a bit noisy when first turned on sometimes then quite after running for few minutes.
