This was our family projector until about 2 weeks ago. Cost 50 here on. So I don't know what the problem is, that is why i'm listing this Acer PH530.

Also, there are a few hairline cracks in part of the body see pics and some deforming near bulb pic, must be from heat. Non-smoking household also, just FYI. Thanks, Steve PO. I've owned this since it was new 2008. , and mounted once on our ceiling of the bonus room, there has been.

Then the unit kept shutting off after about minutes. I put a new bulb in it and still shuts off after about minutes.
