Included are the cables as pictured above, power cable, remote, a cd which came with item, original instruction manuals well Benq carry case for item is in very good shape. Everything in the photos above are of actual item itself as well all accessories.

It does seem shaded on one side at times, not sure what that even is. It was used less than 50 times for sure.
