It is in excellent working condition and has only 470 hours on the lamp. The ceiling mount is custom designed for this projector - and has not been used. I have been using a cable box controller to turn on off the projector. All projector functions can be accessed and adjusted using buttons on the cabinet.

The only items supplied are projector, power cable and ceiling mount - no remote control. The projector features a powerful zoom lens that allows for flexible placement. This is a bright 1080p projector that has been used in my home theater for couple years.
