Details:

Due to a recent move and regular business travel, the projector has only around 450 hours on bulb. Colostomy, to quickly optimize viewing for different lighting environments, and a vast array of custom color adjustments retail when new. I am the original owner. Meaning perhaps 15 of the bulbs life has been used.

The 9700ub is in like brand new, a physical and operational condition. It includes all accessories including the remote, manual, rear cable input cover to hide messy cables you don't really want see, chief ceiling mounting and 9700ub-specific bracket. It could not be closer to new condition. It was always run in Eco mode, which Epson claims a 4,000hrs life before the bulb is at 1/2 output level.

It WA used with a home automation control system, and as result the remote was touched perhaps 10 times, so that is also in like-new condition.
